Whether you're looking to dine amongst friends or expand your culinary skills, HOB Fine Foods has got long-table dinners and cooking classes for you to choose from!
For those who share our passion for creative and thoughtful menus, great wine, with a dash of entertainment. Join Chef Castro & friends for a culinary experience like no other. Each event is based on a theme and a collaboration with other talented and passionate industry leaders.

Chef Castro is excited to welcome you into his kitchen and to share his tips, tricks, and tools of the trade throughout the experience. The setting is casual and interactive; guests will enjoy food prepared by the Chef throughout the event. Participants can sit back with a glass of wine or help prepare the meal. Canapes and snacks are served during the class so no one goes home hungry! During the cooking class, you will learn to cook a delicious appetizer and a main course (unless the class is based on a different theme). The class will end on a sweet note with dessert.
